on claude, i agree on the pain au chocolat. claude’s forte is the quiche. typically champignon, and if you’re fortunate with endives. the other thing he does really well is the mille feuille. try it before he retires end of the year and returns to brittany.
degustation is not good. overpriced, too focused on concept vs gastronomy. the service is awful and i’ve boycotted every single jack lamb restaurant. the only one that was worth visiting was jewel bako.
